200 kBytes of storage space would be needed for this file.

3.How many different colors could one represent using two, three and four bit codes?

2 bit code can represent 2 colors, 3 bit code can represent 8 colors, and a 4 bit code can represent up to 16 colors.

4.When you add one bit to a code, what happens to the number of possible colors?

It increases the combination of possible colors which is 32 bits in a 5 bit code.
